Domestic delivery 香港本地送貨
Free Delivery:
Bellabella provides Free Delivery for all items if your total order amount is more than hkd1000/order (each bill, one address each bill).
Bellabella can delivery your order to your work place via SF express, or another more convenient destination such as MTR or pick up from SF express branch shop.
For orders under hkd1000/order, surcharge courier cost.(can select EMS, SF express)
As a security precaution to protect our customers against fraud, Bellabella will send customer the courier details via Whatapp and e-mail after sending out the package
免費送遞:
凡訂單總值達港幣$1000或以上(每張單計)，Bellabella為您提供免費送貨服務 (每張單只送一個地址)。
Bellabella 利用順豐速遞把您的貨品運送到您的工作場所或可在順豐速遞門市取件.
若訂單價值為港幣$1000 以下,客戶則支付運費(可選擇EMS , 順豐速遞門市取貨)
為了保護我們的客戶免受詐騙，我們發件後會出WHATAPP及電郵速遞單/EMS單號給客户.
International order 國際送貨
Bellabella offers different courier to different countries, courier cost under shopper.
For the international orders (excluding China), we will estimate arrival date listed in the product details for each item. This arrival date is calculated based on the approximate number of days required to process, package, and deliver your order.
• If you place your order before the cutoff time on a regular business day (Monday through Friday), your order will begin processing that day.
• If you place an order on a holiday, Saturday or Sunday, or after the cutoff on a regular business day, your order will begin processing the following business day.
For international orders, we will provide you with an estimated ship date. Actual arrival date may vary based on transport times and customs clearance.
Bellabella 可運送至不同國家的訂單, 速遞費用由客戶支付。
如果您的訂單是國際訂單(香港及中國以外地區), 每個項目的產品詳細資料均會列出預計運抵日期。我們藉估算處理、包裝和運送您訂購的貨品的所需概約天數，得出各產品的運抵日期。
倘若您於一個正常營業日（星期一至五）的截止時間前訂購貨品，則您的訂單會於該日獲得處理。
倘若您於假日、周六或周日，或於正常營業日的截止時間後訂購貨品，則您的訂單將在其後的營業日始獲處理。
實際運抵日期會因運輸時間和清關程序而異。
